Mark Jones
Mark Jones is a Senior Vice President and Head of Securities Lending for the EMEA region at the Northern Trust Company in London. He is responsible for the Securities Lending business in EMEA encompassing oversight of Relationship Management, Sales, Product Management and Trading.
Mark has twenty years of experience in financial services and previously acted as Head of International Product Management for the Securities Lending business. He has been with Northern Trust for eight years and prior to this held operational management, project management and product development roles at HSBC and J.P. Morgan. He has been involved in securities lending since 2003.

Justin Miller |
Justin Miller
Justin Miller is a Senior Vice President at The Northern Trust Company's London Branch and is responsible for the Securities Lending Relationship Management team in EMEA. Prior to this role, Justin was a Senior Relationship Manager in the Securities Lending division in London supporting clients in EMEA and APAC as well as a securities lending trader based in Hong Kong on our Trading Desk.
Justin was a member of the Global Opportunities in Leadership Development (GOLD) Programme during which he completed rotations in Information Delivery Services, Personal Financial Services Relationship Management, NTGI High Yield Fixed Income Portfolio Management, NTGI Investment Client Services, and Corporate and Institutional Services Relationship Management in Hong Kong. Justin joined Northern Trust in August 2002 as a Fiduciary Support Associate in Personal Financial Support Services within Worldwide Operations and Technology.
Justin earned a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Miami University in Ohio and a Master in Business Administration from City University London.
