Descia Milinkovich is the Senior Vice-President, Institutional Sales, for Northern Trust Company, Canada. In this role, Descia is responsible for the growth of Northern Trust’s asset servicing businesses in Canada.

Descia has been in the institutional financial services industry for 20 years, specializing in custody, back and middle office outsourcing sales to Public / Private Pensions, Insurance and Investment Management Firms. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Descia was Vice President, Sales and Relationship Management at State Street, Regional Director, Business Development for Sun Life Financial's Group Retirement Services division and Director, Business Development at Canada Trust Group Pensions.

Descia is a Marketing Management graduate of Ryerson University.
